Is IE8 the end of the Internet?

In my dismay, I downloaded IE8 RC1 last night. Whether or not it’s default forcing of standards compliance (and whether or not it’s doing it right), is debatable. One thing I do know, it’s breaking a lot of well known sites, and the Internet itself maybe?

Throw this line in your HTML HEAD tag to force IE8 to emulate IE7 and you should be good to go:
