Of yarn bombing, torches, and good looking out

For about a year and a half now, the Mammoth, Kin, and DoneDone teams have been shipping an old military flashlight around the country to coworkers who’ve done a particularly stellar job of lighting the way for clients, customers, and other team members. It’s a monthly thing, and a small physical token we share in an otherwise distributed and mostly virtual workplace.

Well that old torch apparently caught a chill because today, during our daily team status call (done via video conference), Jennifer donned the relic wearing a freshly-knitted cap – yarn bombing is alive and well in her home city of Portland, and that old torch is better because of it.
